Important! Universal items are not application specific and may or may not suit your vehicle. Some items may be suitable but are listed as universal (ie wheel nuts, oil filters) and In some circumstances a product may not fit automatically but can still be used with some modification (ie. catch can/gauge pod etc.). Be sure to check if the product is right for you or ask us for assistance before purchasing

TERMS & CONDITIONS / STORE POLICY
ORDERS & PAYMENT INFORMATION:

All orders are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. All back ordered parts(s) pertaining to a specific order will ship only when everything on that order is at our facility; unless requested to ship separately by the purchaser for a nominal fee. Orders made on yakuzamotorsport.com.au through the website, phone, or our Facebook page or by any other means are subjected to be held until all payment(s) clear. Product prices are to be used as an estimate only, our website prices are not live & manufacturing companies do change product prices, which result in order cancellation or product price update prior to shipping of the item. Accepted forms of payment are PayPal, COD, Afterpay, Zippay, Wizit or Bank Wire transfer. All orders shipped within Australia will be charged an additional 10.00% sales tax which is included on the checkout page. All order transactions are 128-bit SSL secured, verifiable by with a yellow lock in the bottom right corner of the browser window or in the address bar.

Please note that all in-store EFTPOS transactions will incur a 1.5% card surcharge.

Please be aware that Yakuza Motorsports no longer accepts over the phone payments. If you wish to order a product please do so via our website. If you require an installation of purchased product please phone our office and our friendly staff will give you a 1 time code to remove the shipping.

If you decide to purchase a product in-store and intend on using payment plan options please be aware that we do not offer PayPal, Afterpay, Zippay or Wizit. Our EFTPOS terminal is not compatible in-store with these payment options.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:
All orders are usually processed within 3 business days and shipped the same or the next day if in stock. Yakuza Motorsports does not guarantee a delivery date for items that are out of stock and/or backordered. The buyer must notify us of any special shipping arrangements. All shipments that are refused or undeliverable are subjected to additional shipping costs and/or the restocking fee of 20%. A signature may be required for some packages. If you have received an incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item.

All packages leaving our warehouse are carefully packaged, insulated, and inspected for accuracy. If you received a package that appears to be damaged, please inspect it in presence of the carrier before signing. All damage claims will be made with their respective carrier and Yakuza Motorsports will ship you replacement item(s) after the claim has been processed and reimbursed. If a replacement item is not available, Yakuza Motorsports will refund you the item(s) amount.

PRODUCT PRICING AND SUPPLY:
While we always aim to have website pricing up to date and accurate, we reserve the right to change prices without notice and refund any order placed that contains items that have been sold at an incorrect price as the result of a website or data error. In this situation, the customer will be notified of the error and provided with the option of a refund for the order or for the item to be supplied at the correct price.

Should you cancel an online order after the product has been ordered or you do not respond to the email sent to you and you use Afterpay, Zippay, Wizit or Paypal you will be charged the fees that we get charged.

WARRANTY:
All items sold by Yakuza Motorsports are only warranted through their respective manufacturers. Please check the item(s) manufacturer for more details. No warranty will be available if the item(s) are mishandled, abused, or used. Some item(s) have serial numbers and production numbers to provide a traceable origin and destination and is well documented before leaving our warehouse for warranty purposes. If you received a defective item, we can file a warranty claim through the manufacturer, but it does not guarantee a replacement part as that decision is up to the manufacturer of the item(s). PRICE MATCHING
We reserve the right to price match item(s).  This price match policy is subject to change at any time.

MERCHANDISE USAGE:
Yakuza Motorsports is not responsible for any damages that result from using the item(s) purchased through Yakuza Motorsports. Please read all instructions and/or installation manuals carefully before using the product. Some item(s) are only legal off-road and/or off-highway and may be illegal for public roads or highways. Please check with your state and local country laws.

Customs & Brokerage Fees: All international packages can be subjected to fees from your country’s customs. yakuzamotorsport.com.au is not responsible for the payment of taxes, and/or duty fees. The amount that is charged varies for each country and we do not know what you will be charged. All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. Yakuza Motorsports is not responsible for any typographical errors, misprints or computer glitches on this site and reserves the right to cancel orders that have been placed with such errors.

Items that cannot be returned

NO CANCELLATIONS ON ANY SPECIAL ORDER IN ITEMS – There will be a handling/stocking fee of 15% should you cancel your special order item.

Turbo / Supercharger kits
External body parts including body kits
Engine internals and valvetrain
Wheels and tyres
Most interior items (example: Seats, harnesses ect.)
Fittings and made to order lines
Coupler, hose, and piping components
Promotional products
Racing suits, shoes, and related clothing
Liquid Items
Any item that was a special order
Open Box / Used items

There is no REFUND on Coilovers that are not installed by a professional and proof of installation must be provided. All Coilover Warranties must be carried out by our licenced Workshop.

Wheels can not be returned if the packaging seal has been broken. This is due to the high value of the wheel once the seal has been broken and is not in resalable condition. We do not accept returns/refunds on wheels if you choose the wrong size/colour.

If you do not pick up in stock wheels within 1 week of them arriving in our showroom you will either forfeit your deposit or you will be charged a restocking fee for them to be sent back to our warehouse as we do not hold wheels for longer than 1 week.
